How do you define happiness?

When you are loaded with more money than you can splurge?
When you can sleep till the sun kisses your ass?
When you can shop till your heart desires?

or

When you are given a clean bill of health?
When you can finally sleep with a peace of mind?
When you can dine with a family of loved ones?

To me..
Happiness is when you are free. Free from worries.
